What are your payment terms for inspections?
Payment can be paid, before inspection, at time of the inspection, or after having a discussion we inspector on services needed.  We accept all major credit cards, checks, and digital payments to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Do you charge additional travel fees?
We travel mostly within Western North Carolina, but do add extra for driving when we travel over an hour. Please feel free to call to discus additional travel fee due to driving over an hour outside of Asheville.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a scheduling fee.
How soon will I receive my inspection report?
Our professional, easy-to-read digital reports are typically generated and delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled inspection completion.
